You’ll earn 500 Points as you create an account. After that, you can also earn points by making purchases and completing your Account Profile.

Yes, point discounts are automatically applied for orders ₱1k & UP.

Past purchases, prior to the Aura Ambassador Rewards launch on 9/18/23, are not eligible for points, but all future purchases and account profile completion will be rewarded with points!

Yes, you can share your points in My Account > My Points > Manage Points Tab and convert it to coupon code to share.

At this time, the Aura Ambassador Rewards Program is awarding points *exclusively* for AuraUltrasonic.com purchases.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in the client’s Loyalty account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points earned on the product purchase, including bonus points. For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

Points for shopping are credited to your account once we have shipped the items. Points are deducted for returned / refunded items. Please allow 3-7 Days.
